Thanksgiving vacation is over. It is back to work tomorrow and then to Pittsburgh to class. Yucky :(.
It is also sad because Penn State football is over for the year. It was an amazing year with a great win to finish out the season. I also go to spend the afternoon with some friends I rarely get to see. Penn State is more than football. It is what connects some great people together. The games are more than a score sometimes. This season proved it. So proud of the team and the Penn State community.
One team.
Some pictures of the 2012 season with great friends.

Thanksgiving Blobby Feeling
I have the blobby feeling this weekend. Blobby is very similar to feeling fat. It is like all the food you ate on Thanksgiving Day is sitting in just bouncing around because it has no where to go. Blobby. Plus I did not go and work out the day after Thanksgiving so I let the blobby feeling really form.
I do not rank this Thanksgiving meal high on the good list. I still ate a lot but not as much as in year's past. I was not in a good mood all week and it continues.

I think I added at 31 to the list and accomplished
So I am going to add 31 for my 30 for 30. It is a late addition so it is and is not on the list. I want to go to a spa and be pampers.
Alright then I sent to the spa and was pampered. I accomplished 31...even though it was cheating 31. I went the Hershey Spa. It was amazing. So beautiful and calm. I went with my cousin. We have been trying for years to go to the Hershey Spa together and we finally did it. I had the Hershey Kiss treatment. It started with a Rain Shower. It is a combination of a pressure water massage with a rain shower. I have never experienced so much water in my life.
I then got to relax in a honey milk soak. My skin today is so soft, I am sure everyone is jealous. To end my day I had a cocoa scented massage. I was so sad when my massaged ended.
Through out the treatments we got to enjoy millions and millions of Hershey Kisses. There was also a room full my muffins. I drank so much water but I was cleansing my body of all the nasty toxins.
So check (sort of) another one off the list.

Check another one off the 30 list
Time for another check mark. I rode a train. I am in Boston visiting my brother. I decide to take a day trip to Salem, MA. The witches capital of the USA. To get to the Massachusetts' town I took an hour train ride north to the hamlet of Salem. The trip on the train was easy. Only a couple of stops and I was in Salem.
I loved the town. The town is very interesting and it is just not for the witches and superstitions. The town is a cute with a lot of nods to the witch trials. I visited the Witch House which is a self guided museum to the Corwin family and the witch trials. Judge Corwin was involved in the investigation and trials of the individuals accused of witchcraft.
I also visited the House of Seven Gables which is the setting for Nathaniel Hawthorne's book of the same name. The house is on a beautiful piece of property on the bay. The house is a great example of historical architecture.
Another first of my trip to Salem was my first lobster roll. I found a great hole in the wall stop along the harbor. Delicious. Great food.
Another great thing about Salem is the shopping. A lot of tourist traps with witches t-shirts and toys but I love the little stores that are found throughout the town. The town also has some wonderful consignment shops. I found a Missoni skirt for a steal.
30 for 30 is going fine.

Liar Liar Pants on Fire
I am a liar liar pants on fire. I was asked to go running this weekend, and well I just don't want to go. So I faked being sick. Worse excuse in the book but at least it makes sense. I am surrounded by sick college students all day who cough and sneeze all over the equipment in my facility. I am now fake sick. The worse thing is that karma is probably going to come back and bit me in the a$$. I will deal. At least now I can sleep in on Saturday, which typically in my book is until 7:30 or 8am. Hahaha...its fine. I wanted the extra sleep :)

Sandy you Bitch
Not much to report. No work because Sandy decided to blow in for a couple of days. School closed yesterday and remained closed today. Also was unable to drive to Pittsburgh for class lady night. Not complaining about missing that drive.
A little bored today. Nothing really to do. Sandy has a lot of businesses closed. Plus afternoon television is boring. Might be some flooding later in Johnstown. No surprise there because this is the Flood City.
Stay dry everyone.

Check one off the 30 for 30
I joined Match.com today. What am I in for? I have no idea. I did a wink today. That is the adventurous as it is going to get for the first day. It was only one person, but hey live a little ;-). Did you just see that? I just winked at you. ;-)...oh did it again.
Okay enough with the winking for one day. If you were in Western Pennsylvania today I hope you got to enjoy it. The weather was beautiful. I wish I got to spend more time outside but I did get out for a little. This warmth is not going to last...looks like snow at the beginning of next week.
Off for the night. I will keep everyone posted on the match thing. Hopefully will continue to check off the list.

Indian Summer
Tomorrow it is suppose to be almost 80 degrees. I really want to skip work to play golf. However, no can do. Adult work is no fun. Next week is suppose to be cold, rainy, and a chance of snow. Winter is coming.

30 for 30 continued
Early this week I started a 30 for 30. 30 things I need to do before I turn 30. I didn't get to finish my list so I am going to do that tonight. Here is a refresher to the first 16:
1. Go to London and spend time exploring the city
2. Play golf at the home of golf: St. Andrews
3. Dress up for a fancy party on New Years Eve
4. Date a PGA tour golfer
5. Marry a PGA tour golfer: you would think this would be one since the title of my Blog is I Want To Be a PGA Tour Wife but you cannot just jump into marriage.
6. Go to the Augusta National to watch the Masters
7. Ice skate at Rockefeller Center
8. Go to Canada
9. Go to Chicago
10. Work for a Division 1 university
11. Have my own place (Yes I moved back into my childhood home. Hey, I am single twenty-something and money does not grow on trees. I like the ability to save my money when I get the chance.)
12. Go on a trip by myself
13. Go to a movie by myself
14. Paddle board
15. Play a slot machine in Las Vegas
16. See the Kings of Leon in concert (every time I have tickets the concert has been cancelled)
Now on to the rest of the list.
17. Join match.com. My dating life is going no where so I might as well trying the internet. However, I can't believe how expensive it is. I guess you can't put a price on love.
18. Finish my Master of Education in Higher Education Management
19. Sleep in a tent over night.
20. Go skiing. I have not skied since I was 13 or 14 years old. I use to ski every weekend and it has been about 15 years since I hit the slopes.
21. Do a zip line
22. Go to a Steelers game in Heinz Field. Been to many Steelers Games but never in Heinz Field.
23. Ride a train
24. Play Oakmont
25. Ride first class in an airplane
26. Visit New Orleans
27. Take a cooking class: I hate to cook so this may help me change my view of cooking
28. Run the Disney's Princess Half Marathon
29. Stop drinking Diet Coke. Yes, I want to give up Diet Coke. I drink way too much that the only solution is stop altogether.
30. Visit Savannah, Georgia
There it is. 30 for 30. So... READY, SET, GO!!!!

30 for 30
I am getting to the end of my twenties, and for the first time yesterday I heard the saying 30 for 30. I was like what does that mean? It could be anything, but my first thought was the documentary series on ESPN. What does ESPN have to do with me and getting to the end of my twenties and hitting that first "old age" marker of 30? In reality it is a type of bucket list. 30 things you would like to do before you turn 30. Okay, well thats great. I was not really freaking out about the 30 thing but now I am. Is 30 the end? I know it is not but it is like if you don't do these 30 things you will never do it. Great. I am so behind I am 28, I should have created this a long time ago. Well I guess here goes nothing. I am only going to things I have never done or want to do.
1. Go to London and spend time exploring the city
2. Play golf at the home of golf: St. Andrews
3. Dress up for a fancy party on New Years Eve
4. Date a PGA tour golfer

Okay a little stuck here now. Will have to come back another day to finish 17-30.
